The Melbourne Photobooth Project wants you to get close to strangers. We want the Melbourne Fringe audience to enjoy connections not usually possible. We invite you to our photobooth at the Festival Club, to have your picture taken with a person you don't know. 

Will our ruse create the occasion for meetings that might not otherwise have taken place? Might we capture on camera at the Club the early blossomings of friendship or dislike? Or shall we simply record the discomfort induced by the company of strangers? 

Whether awkward or oddly liberating, we are hoping for some unexpected and interesting results!
